Wether you are an experienced party planner or this is your first time, we have put together some of our most frequently asked questions, here at Party Rentals Essex, so we can clear up any worries or queries which you may have.

Where are your delivery areas?

We cover the majority of Essex and all SS, CM and RM postcodes are availabel to book automatically through our website (some of these may incur a delivery charge). If you are outside one of these postcodes you can call our friendly team and we will se wether delivery to your area is possible.

Have you got public liability insurance?

Yes, we are covered up to £5 million, so you can party away with complete piece of mind

Do you have cheaper rates for shorter parties?

All of our equipment is priced at a day hire, we cannot offer discounted rates for parties that may only be a few hours long.

What are your collection and drop off times?

Our drop off times vary depending on the equipment whcih you have hired. Our marquees, hot tubs and furniture will be dropped a day or two before your event as these are more time consuming and have more preperation into them, whereas any of our inflatables, lighting and games are dropped between 7-midday and collected from 5pm in the evening,

Can we have the equipment later than 5pm?

We offer an overnight collection which is an extra £50 for all items not per item. This would ensure that your item(s) would be left until the following morning atleast. We cannot guarentee collection times the following day.

Can you setup on hard surfaces or astro?

Yes, we can setup on hard surfaces where we cannot stake into the ground, this is charged at £25 as the sandbags/weights are a little extra work for our staff. (This charge does not apply if inflatable is inside a venue)

Do we need to clean the equipment after use?

We would appreciate it if you kept our equipment in the same cleanliness as it is delivered. We do expect some mess from our food machines and we do thouroughly clean them when returned, however any excessive mess or damage to any equipment hired may result in a cleaning charge and in extreme cases a replacement charge.

Do you supply power/extension leads for the equipment?

We will supply all the neccessary power leads for the equipment, an also supply an extension lead if neccessary. Please not the extension lead is only to be used for the hired equipment, we cannot take any responsibility in the event of an accident, if your own personal electrical items are plugged into this also. Our trained staff will assess the electrical loads into each extension lead so they arent overloaded.
